What Was Going On With the Website

Wow, this place is working again. Thank the fucking gods. Last night the 3iX Web Host support guy said I was fucked and the entire website was lost.

Anyways, here's what happened for anyone that is interested:

They rebooted the server and lost every single partition. I then went through about seven or eight tickets of bullshit where we went back and forth about how it will just be fixed in a few hours, et cetera. Finally last night they basically said, "Hey buddy, you're fucked! The website is gone. Take it easy."

I told them to go fuck themselves and cancel my account immediately (in those exact words). Amazing, now the website works...

Update: If you registered on this site after the date of the MySQL database backup you will have to reregister with the site. Unfortunate but there is nothing I can do about it.

Also, sometime this weekend I will be bringing this news board back up to date as well as my "Kav's Recipes" thread in the Fiddler's Green.

Ditto for updating the roster.

Yeah, too bad the backup of the MySQL DB is about six weeks out of date. Oh well, at least it works...

Yeah I was going to say, all all the latest posts are frtom the beginning of August. Oh well, it's not like we talk about anything that important around here anyway. Good to be back. I miss this place when it goes away.

Hey! I should be back soon... I just ordered new parts and hopefully I'll be up n' running this weekend. I'd get on vent, but 1. I'm not allowed to install anything on this PC anymore :P and 2. the damn dog ate my mic >.> (seriously...) so yeah!

Anyways, I noticed the site was down... is there a copy of the interview with Moll? I was curious to see what she said. Cya around!
